Welcome aboard. These terms govern your use of starlovexp.com, our products and readings, our email and text message programs, and our phone line. Plain language, as always.
📱 SMS / Text Message Program Terms
Program: Star Love XP Messaging — order confirmations, delivery updates for purchased readings, requested product links, and occasional service messages from +1 (239) 363-6969.
Opt-in: You receive texts only if you provide your phone number in one of our order or intake forms, or request a text by selecting an option on our phone line. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies by your activity — typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact chiefwizard@starlovexp.com.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number is handled under our Privacy Policy & Data-Deletion Promise — never sold, deleted on request.
Our services
Star Love XP provides astrology, tarot, and wellness readings, digital content, community memberships, and related products. All readings and guidance are for spiritual growth, self-knowledge, and entertainment purposes only — they are not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from licensed professionals. The stars illuminate; you decide.
Purchases, delivery & refunds
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, and Groove. We never see or store your card details.
- Personalized readings are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the product page (for example, The Flame within 5 days), measured from when we receive your complete birth data.
- Because personalized readings are custom creative work, they are non-refundable once delivered. If we have not yet begun your reading, contact us for a full refund. If something's wrong with your reading, tell us — we make it right.
- Subscriptions (such as the Inner Circle) can be cancelled anytime; access continues through the period already paid.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information — readings are only as precise as the birth data you give us.
- Use our services and community spaces respectfully; we may remove access for abuse.
- You must be at least 16 to use our services, and 18 to purchase.
Intellectual property
Your personalized reading is yours to keep, share, and treasure. The Star Love XP names, characters, artwork, site content, and reading formats remain the property of Star Love XP LLC / Nazuli New Media and may not be resold or republished commercially without permission.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on our pages are affiliate links — if you purchase through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend what we actually use and believe in.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Love XP LLC's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Decisions you make based on readings are your own.
