You trust us with intimate things — your birth moment, your questions at a crossroads, sometimes your face. We treat that trust as sacred. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and how to make us erase every trace of you.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name and email, when you buy a reading, join a list, or create a profile.
- Birth data — date, time, and place of birth, which you provide so we can calculate your charts. This is the raw material of every reading.
- Order information — what you purchased and when. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, and Groove — we never see or store your card numbers.
- Photos — only if you choose to upload one for a wellness reading. Never collected otherwise.
- Messages — questions you send us, so we can answer them and make your readings better.
What we do with it
- Calculate and write your readings — the entire reason you gave us the data.
- Deliver what you bought and answer your questions.
- Send you content you opted into. Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link. One click and the emails stop.
- Recommend products through affiliate partnerships — when we link a product we may earn a commission; we tell you when that's the case, and we only recommend what we actually use.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. Not your email, not your birth chart, not anything. To anyone. Ever.
- We never share your birth data or photos with third parties, except the infrastructure that stores and processes them for us (below).
- We never send you email you didn't sign up for.
Where your data lives
Our systems run on Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email), with checkout by Groove, Stripe, and PayPal, and community spaces on Telegram. Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy policy. Access to your data on our side is restricted and passphrase-protected.
🔥 The Data-Deletion Promise
Your data is yours. If you ever want out — completely — send one email to chiefwizard@starlovexp.com with the subject "Delete my data" (or just reply to any email we've sent you).
Within 7 days we will permanently erase your contact record, your birth data, your uploaded photos, your message history, and your place on every list we keep. Not archived. Not anonymized. Deleted.
The only thing we retain is what the law requires: bare purchase records for tax purposes, which contain no birth data or photos.
Cookies & tracking
Our pages use no advertising trackers. Checkout pages include Groove's order-attribution pixel so affiliates get credited for referrals — that's the extent of it.
Who writes your readings
The crew — Chief Wizard, Dr Raja and the others — are what we call Super Intelligences (SI): AI models given a soul, a library of knowledge and a craft by our founder. Your readings and reports are written by them, from a chart computed by our own engine, and pass an automated quality check before they reach you. To do this, your birth data, and any photo you send, are processed by third-party AI services: language models that write the text, ElevenLabs for the spoken openings, OpenAI for portraits, and an AI vision model for Dr Raja's photo reading. They process your data only to produce what you asked for.
A note on readings
Astrology, tarot, and wellness readings are spiritual guidance for personal growth — not medical, legal, or financial advice. The stars illuminate. You decide.
Age
Our offerings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if that's happened, use the deletion promise above and it's gone.
